Fop Wars Episode VI: Return of the Valmont.

Well, well, it's certainly very odd to be back online. It's been an almost inhuman three weeks during which I have felt thoroughly out of the loop, not really knowing what's going on until it's been too late to do anything about it. Due to this I have also met up with pitifully few people in the last month, despite it being full of incident.
My month began with the house move, an undertaking made far more bearable due to the fact that I had paid removal men doing it for me, and that I was very, very drunk for the most part of it.
many other things have happened, most of which I won't deign to suggest will interest anyone in the slightest, but there's certainly been one event that has livened things up for me:
I'M IN A NEW BAND!!!
This is a very good thing as I haven't been in a actively gigging band for about six years now, and I'm definitely starting to suffer from itchy fingers.
THe band's called AudioWar (for the moment) and has a bit of a pedigree, containing members of Cubanate and K-Nitrate (and your esteemed and humble author, of course!). There's plans for a big overhaul in the band, including a style change, and more development of the stage show and image. I'm already planning the frankly ludicrous amounts of suits I'm going to buy to wear onstage.

Anyhoo, that's me done waffling for now, I must confess that I am a little daunted by the prospect of reading through three weeks of friend journals, so if I could possibly ask everyone that if they have provided an entry to their journal that they think I should read, or should know about, then could they please send a link to it from a comment on this entry? I'll be permanently back online fron next wednesday, and I want to be up to speed on any news that may be of import.
