In Memoriam...

I'm still pretty much flabbergasted at the news that Dimebag is dead. I grew up listening to Pantera, his guitar playing was an inspiration. He was able to go between playing so fucking heavy it nearly broke your eardrums, and pull off amazing blues riffs at astonishing speeds. He's going to be missed by a great many people. May his killer burn.
I think it's the duty to anyone who was inspired by Pantera's music to put on 'Cemetery Gates' as loud as they fucking can, and remember him the way he'd want it. Guitar in hand, JD in the other, rocking out.
