Room to Let.

There will be a room available in my house from the 21st of February, as one of my housemates is going around the world. It will be available from then until the end of August. It's £284 a month plus bills, which works out at £310-320 a month all in, with myself and temlekin.
We're both non smoking reasonably, tidy, but rarely sleep. If you think this might be suitable for you, leave a comment.
