Being a manager in a major telecommunications company and hosting a conference call to discuss the shortfalls of customer services in successfully dealing with connection issues, not being able to get the conference call system to work, and having to call customer services for them to talk you through setting it up.

In other news, I will post a review of our 'interesting' gig at the Engine Room in Brighton within the next couple of days.
