State of Emergency.

Many of you may remember that _ebb_ and myself posted a couple of weeks back that we may be looking for someone else to move in with us as our existing housemate is moving on. Well it's official now that he's leaving us on at the start of November and so we are looking for someone new.

We're looking for an individual (It's a double room but the house really couldn't support two couples) who is Goth or Goth-friendly, ideally who knows us, and who is sensible but knows how to enjoy themselves. We're both non-smokers but do not prejudice anyone who wishes to smoke outside. One occasional visiting cat, but other than that no pets, unless you count guitarists.

The rent is £290 a month + bills, and although the room is available from early November there's no huge rush to fill it, if you need to give notice on your current place.
